Customer Service Help-desk Administrator, Basingstoke, On-going Temp to Perm, 8am to 4pm Mon to Fri (some weekends - one in four or five weekends)

Your new role
The successful candidate will be joining a well established and high performing team, providing administration support to clients and suppliers. This role will involve investigating orders which have gone into error, analysing data, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and solving issues and order processing.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will need to have very strong Customer Service background and ideally investigation and analytical skills. You will need to review large amounts of data to find errors so an exceptional eye for detail is essential. You will need to have first class IT skills including a very confident user of MS Excel. You will need excellent verbal and written skills to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
