Graduate Case Handler - 'Big Four' Financial Services firm (Stockport)

One of the 'Big Four' Financial Services firms is seeking a cohort of Graduates to provide support, on a FCA review project, investigating cases relating to financial products sold to customers.

This is a fantastic entry level role, providing an opportunity to enhance knowledge of financial regulation and business conduct, with an established Financial Services firm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage individual case load.
• Assemble cases; collate documentation using in-house systems.
• Undertake security checks and due diligence.
• Log and allocate cases for review.
• Liaise with customers, through verbal and written correspondence.
• Draft response letters.
• Produce reports.
• Calculate repayments for customers.
• Liaise with the investigations team and senior managers.
• Work to tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree
• IT Proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Previous customer service or office experience
• Previous paralegal/case work or Financial Services experience is desirable
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proactive
• Organised
• Team player

This is a full time contract until end of December 2019 (scope to extend), based in Stockport, with full training offered. There are multiple intakes throughout February and March 2019.

This contract is paid on a £90 daily rate, with retention bonuses offered.
