PA to C-Suite



Provide first class co-ordination support to C – Suite Executive and the wider leadership team


You will be supporting in a professional and friendly manner whilst completing the below day-to-day tasks:

  • Proactively managing diaries and making necessary arrangements for all internal and external meetings.
  • Supporting with emails and ensuring all administration is completed including all monthly expenses.
  • Creating itineraries for business trips, including arranging flights, hotels and ordering currency.
  • Supporting with general enquiries, travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Gathering information to create ad-hoc presentations, communications and reports.
  • Taking and distributing notes during meetings, creating and communicating actions and following up as necessary to ensure completion.

- You are a passionate team player and would enjoy utilising your skills to help with ad-hoc projects within both teams and across the office.
- Work with the other admins to support each other and to provide seamless coordination of the executive team, Company Events and the office.

  • You are comfortable using an array of IT programmes and enjoy utilising the best of what Word, Excel and PowerPoint can offer for you to deliver.
  • You have integrity and are trustworthy. This role involves dealing with sensitive and confidential issues!
