Requirements:
Our client is a global business as well known for its creative and digital output as for its consulting and technology services. They need a Facilities Co-ordinator who will be part of a team responsible for the day to day smooth running of the building and the people in it. It’s a varied role and an exciting opportunity for someone with some knowledge of building mechanical systems. They will also be responsible for helping implement fire safety, as well as general building safety.
On any given day you might resolve building issues, coordinate contractors, handle security, maintenance, lifts, cleaning, waste and recycling, ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements complies with legislation.
You will also be processing expenses, assisting with travel arrangements, visas, events, furniture, food and drink, staff inductions and general office services duties e.g. ordering office supplies
The ideal person must be hands-on, able to prioritise, multi-task and remain flexible in fast paced and high pressure environment. You can problem solve and make effective decisions, you have very strong attention to detail and organisational skills and you possesses strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. You are collaborative and a team player with good judgment, tact, and patience.
