This is an incredible opportunity for a French & English-speaking PA to support an amazingly well-respected, UHNW art collector and philanthropist in an international travelling position. Working alongside another PA you will work in tandem and rotate 4 weeks based out of the Central London office, and then 4 weeks travelling with the Principals in multiple international locations (primarily LA, London, Paris & other European countries).

A right-hand to the Principal at all times, you will act as the main point of contact between the principal and his professional interests (Private Investment, Charitable Foundation, Art Collection, Horse Racing and Various Board Memberships), whilst also supporting him with day to day private life demands.

With flexible working hours, and on call 24/7 this is a demanding yet incredibly rewarding role which is fast-paced and everchanging. The Principal is a brilliant gentleman to work for and looks after his staff incredibly well – this is a great opportunity for a bilingual PA to accelerate their career working for an inspirational client.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Complex diary management, planning and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Management of art collections; purchases, sales, bidding and building relationships with auction houses.
  • Managing all private and corporate correspondence.
  • Preparation of all paperwork for meetings; briefs and agendas for conferences and board meetings.
  • Supervising global properties, liaising with staff on maintenance, operations, renovations, household shopping, budgets and security.

  • Overseeing household staff: recruitment, contract negotiation, expense reconciliation, as well HR duties.
  • Complex and everchanging travel coordination for principal, family, friends and staff (both commercial and private: yachts, jet, helicopter, chauffeur etc).
  • Managing and booking all social engagements and events.
  • Personal shopping and acting as conduit between suppliers and accountants.
  • Create and managed detailed inventories for luxury items, including jewellery and watch collections.

Essential Criteria:

  • Fluency in English & French – written and spoken (German & Italian useful but not essential)
  • Happy to travel 6 months of the year, being flexible faced with often unpredictable scheduling.
  • Minimum of 3 years PA/EA experience working with UHNWIs and a knowledge and understanding of etiquette and protocols.
  • An enthusiasm for Art and some prior knowledge of the industry.
  • Adaptable and even tempered; calm and positive under pressure.
  • Independent and autonomous but happy to work within a small team.
  • Pragmatic and down to earth; open-minded and tolerant.
  • An enthusiasm for Art and some prior knowledge of the industry.
  • Microsoft and Apple literate
