Project Administration Assistant
Richmond
As the Programme Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a high profile and dynamic programme team, delivering an industry leading bespoke software application, to the Knight Frank global business. You will gain exposure to a large, multi-team software development project, using the Agile and LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) software development methodologies, in a mixed in-house, nearshore model.
- You will be responsible for updating delivery forecasts, calculating sprint develop targets and attainment, checking monthly invoice reports from suppliers against contracts, work orders and time reports and scheduling meetings and travel for the programme team.
Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal applicant will have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a dynamic office environment
- Experience working in an IT or project environment and have excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Excel including using formulae
- They will have excellent attention to detail and will be a highly organised and systematic individual
