Our client is a luxury commercial property boutique based in the heart of London’s coveted Covent Garden! With a reputation for commercial excellence in the restaurant, leisure and retail space, a creative culture in a beautiful space and lovely internal cultural freebies like company skiing holidays to celebrate successes,  this really is an unusually special opportunity for a PA. We are ideally looking for a 2nd/3rd jobber PA, preferably with property, architecture or interior design experience  to support the Founding Directors with all things administrative.

Specifically you will support the 3 Founding Directors ( I males, 2 female),  in maximizing their daily lives. You will manage emails, diaries, organize travel to the NY Office, and work administratively on tender documents, so an understanding of property lingo and tenancy agreements etc would be handy. You will also organise company & client events. draft and send out letters to clients. produce property marketing details, edit floor plans and occasional pitch documents using Photoshop and InDesign (experience strongly preferable but can be trained).

If you have an interest in Marketing this would be beneficial as you will manage the social media platforms, write press releases, update the  website when required with new case studies & news, write global inspirations for their website and much much more!
