We have an exciting new Sales Coordinator (Analytical) opportunity available with one of our fantastic clients, one of the UK's largest house builders. Based in their stunning offices in heart of the West End, this is a rare opportunity for a talented individual to make their mark and develop within the organisation.
This position requires someone with precise and effective analytical skills, to be the pivotal central support for the Sales and Marketing Team, reporting directly in to the Sales Director and managing close relationships within Finance, Sales and Management.
There are many elements to this position and we are searching for a star performer, someone who is passionate about property and/or analytical reporting. You will thrive in this position if you have incredible attention to detail, can cope with the fast paced environment and have the ability to effectively communicate between all members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the floor.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Accurately collating/checking data for weekly Sales Reports
- Analysing data for trends and recurring patterns in order to provide insight in customer activity.
- Using the internal database to gather and input data.
- Creating and updating internal price lists for the team internally and externally.
- Managing the sales inbox for the team and redirecting mail to the correct contact within the business (limited).
- Handling and tracking invoices for agents and ensuring signed off by appropriate Managers (including raising PO's).

- Confidence and the ability to act assertively in a fast-paced and highly pressured environment.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
- An adaptable approach to work, including the ability to deal with quickly changing priorities and tasks.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
Experience in a similar Sales Coordination role would be highly beneficial, however, experience within a financial or highly numbers orientated role would also give you the right skill set for the role.
