What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: HR Manager + (approximately 5) Junior Associates

Key duties: This is a varied role and the responsibilities will included but are not limited to;

• Welcoming guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing the meeting rooms / refreshments for visitors
• Providing administrative support to Associates on a daily basis
• Making travel arrangements (domestic & international), including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, car service etc.
• Executive Assistant Support

Background and experience: The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a 'can-do' attitude, self-motivated, and consistently maintains a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Qualifications: Experience working in a corporate environement would be advantageous. Candidates with PA certificates from the Oxford Business & Media School and Quest are encouraged to apply.
