My client is seeking a HR and Office Manager for their vibrant, professional and dynamic company! This is an opportunity of working for a global company within the beauty industry. Seeking someone with proven HR experience.
Location: City of London
Salary Expectation: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus
Job Description:
- Being the main point of contact for my HR queries or questions
- Running the day to day operations for employee inductions, performance and training
- Ensuring the Director's have regular appraisals with the staff
- Heading up the recruitment process with the Director
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Managing the Receptionist and delegating work load
Skills and personal attributes:
- Proven all round HR and Office Manager experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Friendly, calm under pressure and a good team player
