My client is a global investment management firm based in Mayfair with a global presence and exceptional collaborative workforce. The London office is circa 60 people strong and they are seeking a Team Assistant to work with the PAs to support the wider team and assist the PAs support the Senior Executives. A background in working in support roles within finance firms is an advantage!

Description

The key responsibilities of the Team Assistant will be to support the PAs to support the senior executives, but predominantly to support the wider team of investment professionals and operations staff, and act as office coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the office, equipment and health and safety regulations.

Team Assistant duties will include: diary management, international travel arrangements, arranging meeting rooms, fielding telephone calls, arranging conference calls and video-conferences, managing expenses, filing, faxing, photocopying, archiving, binding documents, creating and updating presentations, and any other team admin and coordination.

Office Coordinator duties will include: managing office suppliers, overseeing cleaners, maintaining supplies in the kitchen, stationery, plants and refreshments. Managing the office space, health and safety, desk moves and on boarding.

Profile

Previous history working as a team assistant within financial or professional services is a must. Some prior experience of managing an office would also be essential.

Microsoft Outlook (advanced) and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate) are also essential skills to possess.
