Receptionist ( Legal) to £24000

Hours 08- 17 or 09- 18

Our client, a leading mid sized law firm with offices across the UK, are seeking a professional, warm , polished and proactive receptionist to work at their HQ in London. The role will be working with one other receptionist and demands someone who can provide a friendly , efficient and seamless front of house experience.

As the interface of the company, candidates must be polished in appearance, professional and exhibit 5 star customer service

We do ask that candidates must have at least two years front of house experience and you must be polished in appearance and articulate communicators with fluent English.

Day to day duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Screening and fielding calls
• Meeting room management
• Booking travel, lunches etc
• Adhoc administrative support to the wider team

Some previous experience is needed.
