We have a once in a lifetime opportunity for a highly skilled, bright and ambitious Executive Assistant to support one of the most influential fashion industry icons in the world. His absolute right-hand, you will ensure his business and private life run seamlessly at all times, and will be his go-to for all matters. With a hectic schedule, and an ever-growing workload, this high-profile Principal needs world-class assistance and the best possible support around the clock.
Based in his London offices, you will have a flexible approach to work, be resourceful, efficient and highly professional – an ambassador for the Principal at all times. With bags of initiative, you will be passionate, intuitive and incredibly hardworking – always going above and beyond to get the job done accurately and efficiently. This is an incredibly varied and fast-paced role that requires an EA who is at the top of their game.
You will be a team player who enjoys working closely with others, but is also autonomous and able to work independently when required. You will be positive, personable, and will take pride in acting in the front line and representing your Principal at all levels and occasions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide seamless and proactive support including, but not limited to:
- Inbox management; monitor emails to assist with prioritisation
- Complex diary management; understanding priorities and commitments
- Arrange both Personal and business international travel; flights, hotels, agendas etc.
- Prepare and collate information ahead of meetings to ensure efficiency (i.e. attendees, purpose of meeting, agenda, supporting documents and follow up actions)
- Assisting in agenda setting for senior management team meetings
- Filter all enquiries on behalf of the Principal to ensure his time is spent effectively
- Management of household bills and liaising with household staff
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Provide expenses and admin assistance
- Prepare documents and presentations, as well as draft communications on behalf of the Principal
- Attend meetings as required and write minutes to ensure follow up occurs.
- Undertake research and produces suggestions in line with requests.
- Oversee the running of personal errands by a team of assistants
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Highly organised and personable
- Highly articulate with excellent command of English
- Strong interpersonal skills – able to build brilliant working relationships
- Hardworking and a drive for perfection
- Solution focused with bags of initiative
- Good sense of humour
- Discrete and able to maintain confidentiality
