Float Assistant/ Float PA -Investment Bank- Docklands - £19-23ph

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible Float Assistant/ Float PA to work within a Global Investment bank. This ideal candidate needs to organised, self-motivated and able to act as the first point of contact to support busy desks within the Sales and Trading and Investment Banking Division. This is a very challenging and demanding role, which is going to need the right Float Assistant/Float PA to come in and hit the ground running.

They key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
*Extensive diary management
*Processing expenses
*Arranging UK and Worldwide travel - including visas
*Organise conference calls
*Preparing Powerpoint presentations
*Arranging rooms and catering for internal and external meeting
*Transportation - booking cabs, hotel bookings
*Phone Coverage
*Maintain confidentiality

The role will suit someone who is able to prioritise their workload and have excellent attention to detail.
