This is a full time role where the successful candidate will be a Float Assistant within the Administrative Team of the London office, offering day to day administrative coverage for the London office, as well as holiday cover to two permanent Assistants and the Receptionist. 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Answering and screening phones
  • Diary management; arranging meetings and conference calls involving different time zones across busy diaries
  • Organizing all travel arrangements: flights, hotels, cars, visas
  • Completing monthly expense reports
  • Compliance related logs and pre-clearances (e.g. gifts & entertainment)
  • Other ad hoc admin needs e.g. printing, binding, scanning, filing, entering business cards, keeping holiday record


  • 2+ years of previous work experience in office administration 
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and organizing meetings, travel, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
