Your role

Much more than an ordinary reception role, this is a dream opportunity that combines traditional front of house responsibilities and client service coordination with a variety of administrative duties. As the friendly and welcoming face of this highly successful firm, your role will encompass everything from intensive diary management and responding to a high volume of calls and liaising with couriers to event assistance and meeting room preparation. This is an incredible opportunity to hone and develop your skills in a role where no two days are the same - one thing is for certain in this role: you certainly won’t be bored!

Daily activities

• Answering a high volume of calls
• Complex diary coordination
• Ordering office consumables
• Preparing for events and meetings
• Liaising with couriers and sorting post
• Email correspondence

Your skills & expertise

• Experience as a Receptionist or Team Assistant
• Polished, professional presentation
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Great multi-tasker
• Ability to work well under pressure
