Our client are a retail finance company based in the heart of the City. They are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven, ambitious and looking to learn new skills and build a career in ecommerce and financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering support queries via email and live chats from customers, retailers and lenders
  • Speaking to customers, retailers and lenders on the phone to provide professional support
  • Raising platform issues with the engineering team
  • Interacting with the Account Management teams to provide training and support to retailers using the in-house system
  • Assisting retailers in integration queries when on-boarding

This is a demanding and exciting role, they are looking for a fast learner with great organisation skills who they can trust to take care of their clients, communication is key in this position.

Other requirements:

  • A creative problem solver
  • A can do attitude
  • Excellent telephone manner, calm and professional. Someone who doesn’t get flustered
  • Must have an analytical mind
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal
  • IT literate, with both Mac and MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience
