Researcher

I am currently recruiting for a very exciting Researcher position to work closely with the Director of a prestigious Executive Search firm, based in stunning offices located in the City of London. This is a fast moving, forward thinking company that need a bright, enthusiastic and hard-working Researcher.

Main duties & responsibilities

• To work on a variety of executive search projects, sourcing high level candidates to match the clients brief
• Carrying out detailed research on potential candidates to put together a thought-provoking shortlist
• Attend meetings with both candidates and clients as well as organising networking events such as lunches, trips away and other entertainment
• Produce various reports and documentation

Key skills & experience

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Articulate, driven and ambitious
• Evidence of a self-starting attitude
• Confident working with senior members of staff
