A global professional services company with an impressive client list is looking for an in-house Recruiter to join their growing recruitment team. Based in fantastic offices in the heart of London, this successful fast-growing company is committed to attracting and nurturing the world’s top talent, which you can be an integral part of.

As Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting premier, specialised talent. Reporting into the recruitment manager in New York, you must have proven experience in corporate recruitment, headhunting or executive search.

Your responsibilities as Recruiter:

  • Manage the talent attraction by strategically managing external job postings, recruiting platforms, networking and branding opportunities in order to attract top talent
  • Build effective working relationships with external partners to support the hiring process
  • Source both passive and active candidates using tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns
  • Screen candidate applications, schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback and all candidate communication
  • Effectively educate candidates on the company and available opportunities, ensuring they have a positive and impactful experience
  • Maintain applicant tracking data, report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
  • Organise and participate in both onsite and offsite recruitment events
  • Work on ad-hoc projects to make continuous improvements to enhance the candidate experience

To be considered for this role you must have recruitment experience in either headhunting, executive search or fast-paced corporate recruitment, proven academic excellence from a good UK university and a passion for identifying top, specialised talent.
