A super exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal EA to join a brand new Law firm based in fantastic offices in Mayfair. This is a great chance to join a entrepreneurial firm who have a flat hierarchy and where you will be a highly valued team member and who will ensure that your hard work is recognised.

The role-

• Acting as a true right hand to the Head Lawyer, managing his ever changing diary, travel arrangements and inbox.
• Digital dictation including audio typing as well as preparing and amending documents.
• Attending to SDLT returns, property searches and office copies, and requesting for documents to be uploaded to the various client extranets.
• Client interaction including being their first point of call, opening new files, conflict checks and much more.
• This is a role which you can mould and shape to your personal goals.

The candidate-

• We are looking for a talented candidate, distinguished by technical excellence, with a willingness to embrace team working and a passion for client service. . You will be able to demonstrate a similar supportive, flexible and driven ethos and will have accumulated the following experience and skills such as extensive experience within Commercial and Residential Property. You will also be comfortable with digital dictation, strong attention to detail and be ready for your next challenge.
