Personnel Officer - 9 month FTC

If you are a qualified Personnel Officer (CIPD Level 5 and above) and are looking for a long term contract, then this could be for you.

This superb property development company needs someone to join their super friendly personnel team.  Your role will be varied and interesting and ideal for someone who particularly enjoys working on the employee relations side and has some valid experience in performance management, grievance and disciplinaries as well as excellent generalist knowledge.  You will also get involved in recruitment, recruitment strategy, inductions and other ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will have some good solid personnel experience (particularly in employee relations) probably at advisory level.  You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong team player and have a sound knowledge of HR databases.   You should be available to start in March.
