Customer Service Administrator – Within the Art Industry, West End
A hard working and well-established art publisher are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join their hardworking and busy team. Established over 100 years ago, they have built a credible client base worldwide and are highly recognised within their field. Due to the demanding and high levels of orders placed daily – they are looking for a thorough, accurate and personable Customer Service and Sales Administrator to support with all orders.
THE ROLE
This role is essential to the management of daily orders – you will be working within a team of four, processing and overseeing all orders whilst inputting data across a number of different databases. Given the scale and pace of orders, it is crucial you are proactive and precise whilst working quickly.
Typical duties include:
The ideal candidate must be switched on, always one step ahead, presentable and be able to work to deadlines. You must have impeccable communications skills and be able to build strong working relationships both within the team and externally.
Essential requirements:
Office hours: Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 17.00

- Processing orders
- Inputting accurate and detailed data (using databases such as Sage 200)
- Coordinating with print and post managers
- Managing and liaising with clients
- Fielding and directing calls
The ideal candidate must be switched on, always one step ahead, presentable and be able to work to deadlines. You must have impeccable communications skills and be able to build strong working relationships both within the team and externally.
Essential requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Impeccable organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure
- A can-do and proactive attitude
- The ability to multi task and prioritise requests
- Experience using sage software is a plus
- 20 days holiday
