We are recruiting for an online travel company based in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience as a Sales operations Analyst. This is an urgent fill and will start asap.

This role is a critical component of the overall Sales Operations team. The overall Sales Operations team objective is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of sales team by defining and continuously optimising sales process, tools, and resources. The Sales Operations and Incentives Manager, reporting into the Director of Sales Operations, will focus on making sure the sales business runs smoothly. This includes management of reoccurring events (including sales compensation) and its underlying processes, as well as making sure they are continuously optimised by identifying opportunities & pain points.

Responsibilities

* Own the sales incentive tool to automate sales incentives.
* Lead the work with Finance and HR to optimise and efficiently deliver sales incentives that drive organisational results and salesforce excellence.
* Partner with Finance & Regional leads to define target setting. Identify the set of common KPIs to drive focus and execution within the sales organisation. Deliver punctually these KPIs on a consistent basis and ensure we are automating the KPI overview and pace to plan by leveraging different tools.
* Partner with HR/finance/leadership to ensure the incentive plans drive desired behaviour and support business priorities.
* Lead the monthly and quarterly compensation cycle with support from Analytics and HR
* With Finance support, conduct quarterly earnings / pay-out analysis.
