Permanent Float Executive Assistant – Dynamic, forward thinking global leader Central London

Looking for a Float EA (In a permanent capacity) who enjoys managing chaos and stepping into shoes to cover holidays, sickness and vacancies whilst they recruit for PA/EA’s.

This role is ever changing so will suit someone that enjoys the variety and will get to know the entire business – You will need to be adaptable and versatile and extremely flexible.

Ideal industry background is executive search, professional services or financial. But must have worked in super-fast paced environments, be highly client facing and accustomed to working within project /process driven environments.

They require an Executive Assistant to fully assist the Partner in each search process and understand the specific requirements of each client. You will be the driver of the search timeline, ensuring that key deliverables are achieved at each stage as well as the more traditional aspects of a PA role such as proactively managing your Executive’s diary and inbox, assuring their time is utilised efficiently.

An Executive Search PA is a complex external facing position that requires a balance between being a key point of contact between senior executives, candidates, clients and internal stakeholders, and managing a heavy administration workload.

This is a structured role in so much as the search process, so would suit a structured person. However the flipside of the role is dealing with people, so you also need to be able to deal with constant change and disruption.

Executive Assistant key duties:

·Extensive and complex diary management and logistics – liaise with clients and candidates throughout the process

·Utilising the database to update all information on an on-going basis

·Produce reports and high standard presentations for client pitches

·Produce accurate documentation, take meeting notes and action points

·Build up great relationships both internally and externally to maximise the scope of the position

·Managing expenses and accounts

·Collating and organising reports

·Producing high level of PowerPoint presentations

·Supporting Directors on various projects

·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

The role will suit a process driven, team player with excellent organisation skills. You will need to be flexible and adaptable in a fast moving, every- changing environment. You will be an experienced PA with multiple stakeholder management experience, on behalf of your exec, or some complex client/external facing aspect to your position. Experience in a professional services environment is essential and Executive Search experience is advantageous.
