Top boutique investment management firm based in the heart of Mayfair are recruiting for an Receptionist / Office Manager to support a very successful team. This is a sole support role where you are in a 360 position and will be the complete lynch pin within the running of the office. Delightful and professional company that are looking for a receptionist / Office Manager to take bride and control of their role and manage many things at one time. You will be supporting and the role will grow (in time) with EA responsibilities to the CEO and VP’s with diary management, international travel and provide admin support to accounts and the In-House lawyer. You will be responsible to be the first point of contact for UHNW clients and the position is working solely on a quiet reception area. You will also be required to ensure that all IT and office facilities are up to the highest standards and kept that way. Polished and well-presented are essential. Excellent communication skills and French language is essential.
