EA to Industry Leader - Media

A brand new role created to support this well respected industry leader awarded with title for service to industry and charity. In this newly formed super group, you will support this major media name tasked with bringing together this huge network and will work on complex projects, focused on integration, investments, acquisitions and the attraction of best and diverse talent. You will be seeking a challenging, pressurised role within an innovative environment and will relish the opportunity of working with the most senior level stakeholders within a huge network.

• Act as the conduit between the Senior Leadership team and internal departments and across a huge network, involving over 50 CEOs.
• Handling a very challenging and active calendar of appointments
• Coordinating internal and client events Research Hands-on email management, remaining constantly aware of the Execs workload and ongoing projects, demanding excellent written communication skills
• Project management of events and activities, all required research around this
• Constant relationship building at the most senior level including governmental connections
• Prioritising conflicting needs, following through on projects to completions, often within tight deadlines
