We are recruiting a Team Assistant for a busy recruitment company based in the city. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a diverse role that you can make your own.
Duties:
General:
- Greeting visitors on arrival
- Answering incoming calls to the business
- Attending team meetings
- Auditing candidate files
- Placing adverts on relevant job boards
- Coordinating & attending marketing events
- Marketing administration
- Write up weekly newsletter
- Participation with projects as required
- Dealing with unsubscribes and out of office replies
Administration
- Provide day to day administration support to the Consultants & Directors
- Arranging telephone interviews and face to face interviews/meetings
- Formatting and preparing CVs
- Managing Global/General Inbox and allocating speculative CV's to consultants
Tenders/Business Development:
- Assisting with relevant tender and RFQ documents
- Preparation and delivery of marketing presentations and subsequent proposals to clients.
Inbox Management:
- Managing Global/General Inbox
- Assisting with Global Inbox and allocating speculative CV's to consultants
Database Management
- Become a Super User of the Internal Recruitment Database (Microdec Profile RPM)
- Deliver database training to new starters and existing Consultants
- Identify and review training requirements
- Become an ambassador for systems best practise and ensure correct processes are being followed
- Produce training documentation & process workflows
- Data management and data input
You will be available for work immediately and be looking for a long term opportunity.
