Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a famous arts organisation who are looking for an organised and efficient administrator to support one of their busiest teams. This is a unique opportunity to work with leaders in their field.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy role that would suit someone who is conscientious and bright. You will be great with numbers and an Excel whizz who loves spreadsheets! Within this role you will travel within the UK at least 6 times per year so you must have the flexibility in your life to be able to do that. Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will be detail orientated and accurate and have previous experience in an administrative role. Financial admin experience would be beneficial but not compulsory.

- Main point of contact between the team and all outside contractors
- Organising flights and accommodation
- Collate and process payments, including invoicing and coding
- Monitoring expenditure vs. budget
- Liaising with HR and payroll and acting as a central liaison point for any payroll queries
- Any other administrative support to the team
To be successful, you will be detail orientated and accurate and have previous experience in an administrative role. Financial admin experience would be beneficial but not compulsory.
Essential requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive with a great use of initiative
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Interest in the arts
- A university degree
