KMK are extremely excited to be working with a global leader in intelligence solutions for the retail market, supporting some fantastic clients including Tesco, H&M and Marks and Spencer. Our client is seeking a proactive, organised and friendly Office Administrator to join the London Office.

Based in quirky offices, as an Office Administrator you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis. Duties will include, welcoming visitors, organising refreshments, managing first line queries, and working with finance to administer the monthly credit card expenses. Along with this you will also be responsible for facilities and general office maintenance, ordering supplies, arranging agenda/travel appointments and general ad hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time. You must be self-motivated and have the desire to be helpful and proactively approach their responsibilities on a daily basis. You must have excellent communication skills, along with a friendly, positive and welcoming persona. Previous experience in a similar role is essential!
