An extremely sociable, dynamic and fast expanding, Global Recruitment Firm in the City is seeking an entry level, enthusiastic Office Assistant to join their team.

A newly created role, you will work with their outsourced IT Company to ensure all IT related queries are picked up and executed, therefore they are looking for someone with good IT knowledge, however experience is not key, just someone who has good IT skill (school/college leavers fine) who are looking to kick start their career.

Working in a fast paced, forward thinking organisation, responsibilities and duties to include:

  • Managing IT requests and escalating where appropriate
  • Managing new starter/leaver IT systems and telecomms
  • Ensuring equipment is managed and tracked
  • Keeping documentation and user guides are kept up to date
  • Working with suppliers to keep equipment stock levels at an appropriate level
  • All accompanying administration and ad-hoc tasks/projects
