Private PA - High Profile Creative Director- Marylebone

This rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly competent Private PA to work alongside a top design icon with a vast celebrity portfolio in a varied and responsible role (70 private/ 30 business).  This is a demanding position that requires someone with 4-5 years experience as a Private PA or supporting a HNWI who has the ability to think on their feet and multi-task with ease. Discretion is key!  Based in beautiful offices in Marylebone with a bright and upbeat team. This is a career opportunity not to be missed. 

The Principal travels globally almost 6 months of the year to various clients, design and trade shows as well as having properties abroad. You will need to be very experienced with travel management as well as being able to juggle a very busy professional and personal calendar with lots of last minute changes and requests. This role is suited to someone with a "can-do" attitude, who enjoys being busy and is happy to turn their hand to anything from booking personal appointments, holidays and reservations, to managing the household administration, vehicles, property maintenance, management of household staff, running errands as well as getting involved with the business with duties such as social media management, maintaining client relationships, dealing with photo-shoots and PR and assist with the smooth running of the office.  

The ideal candidate will be of graduate caliber, business savvy and solutions driven. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a must as well as having excellent IT skills both Apple and Windows. An understanding of property/ design and/ experience assisting wwih large refurbishment projects would be a bonus. 

Role is to start Feb 2019.
