Responsibilities:

• Diary and inbox management, flagging important issues and responding when possible
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients within the leading financial institutions
• Reviewing CVs and applicants (inquisitive mind required!)
• Advising candidates on their CVs and producing CVs in the house style ensuring correct presentation
• Creating job specifications, this will require some research
• Referencing; acquiring reference details and contacting referees, ensuring references correlate to candidates
• Liaising with candidates and clients to arrange interview; following up fand providing feedback to candidates and clients
• Maintaining accurate up to date records
• Monitoring concluded client agreements; sending terms of business and logging agreed terms, tracking client fees
• Preparing candidate documentation prior to interview
• General administration and ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Ideally previous experience within a busy and demanding role in a corporate environment
• Good academic record
• Ability to multi-task and meet constantly changing deadlines
• Adaptable with the ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent reporting skills
• Ability to liaise at all levels
• Genuine interest to learn and grow
