Our client, a well-established Financial Services firm based in the heart of the City, is now looking to recruit an experienced PA to support small team of executives. This is a varied and dynamic role that will fully utilise your outstanding organisational, interpersonal and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management
- Organising meetings and conference calls
- Overseas travel arrangements
- Producing detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses, monitoring budgets
- Minute-taking at meetings, follow-up on action points
- Preparing and amending a range of correspondence, reports and presentations
- Project assistance
- Events organisation
- Extensive client liaison
Requirements
- Previous PA experience gained within Insurance sector is essential
- Superb MS Office skills
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexible and adaptable – able to use initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player!
