Your new role
Your new role is to act as the main contact point for all landscaping liaison groups; receiving and responding to all internal and external enquiries; providing an efficient and comprehensive landscape coordination service on behalf of the client.

Your duties will include:

  • To represent the landscaping team at all estate meeting, local stakeholder information sharing events.
  • Landscape team meetings - to attend, take minutes, type up and circulate on a monthly basis.
  • To be the first point of contact for all enquiries raised by MPs, Councillors, board members and other stakeholders, responding in a professional, tactful and courteous manner.
  • To receive landscaping enquiries via the telephone, resident involvement groups, letter, e-mail or personal representation at reception, recording and responding within corporate guidelines and recording all actions on communal spreadsheets with copies of documents in assigned folders.
  • To receive, investigate and prepare response to landscaping related complaints
  • Maintain and coordinate the garden assistance scheme waiting list and provide feedback to customers as required.
  • To raise purchase orders for external suppliers and contractor, track orders and works through to completion.
  • To design an appropriate excel spreadsheet to record and track all landscape programmes, devising a means to snapshot status for each outstanding property on a weekly basis for discussion at team meetings.
  • To keep accurate records of all landscaping schedules and works.
  • Maintain regular contact with landscaping staff and team leader to maximise efficiency, monitoring and arranging for authorisation of all inter-departmental activities.
  • Recording and submitting re-charges, invoices and budget summaries monthly to Finance and taking an active role in assisting in the preparation and tracking of landscape status spreadsheets to assist the management team.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you need to have at least 1 years administration experience, personable and have a can-do attitude. Based on the location of this role, driving would be an advantage.
