Graduate Recruitment HR Advisor at top International Law Firm: to £38,000

A prestigious international Law Firm is looking to hire a new Graduate Recruitment HR Advisor to join their London office, working across the recruitment and development of the firms potential and future Trainees. Responsibilities will include solicitors and future joiners, including the biannual two week trainee solicitor induction, summer evening receptions, secondment fairs and client secondment evenings and the biannual qualification drinks reception, delivering induction presentations and presentations on seat planning, secondments and qualification, overseeing the management of various human resource databases and personnel files for current trainee solicitors and future joiners to ensure accuracy of all future and current trainee data, in liaison with team members in the Global Business Services Centre, overseeing the administrative processes relating to salaries, new joiners and leavers, in liaison with team members in the Global Business Services Centre, overseeing general administration: tracking appraisals and training records and preparing paperwork such as employment contracts and general letters, in liaison with team members in the Global Business Services Centre, assisting with the six-monthly trainee qualification process (hire-back of trainees at the end of the two-year training contract), assisting with any employment, disciplinary or general HR matters pertaining to trainee solicitors.
