Our client - a leading and highly regarded Property firm are looking for a superstar PA to provide 1:1 support to a Head of Department in their beautiful West End office.

PA to Head of Department

You will be providing a polished and dedicated 1:1 support service to the incredibly busy Head of Department. You will essentially be running their working life - dealing with their emails, phone enquiries and managing their hectic diary.

The role will offer you variety, challenges and a very enjoyable working environment!

PA to Head of Department

Your duties will be varied and will include:

  • Responsible for organising monthly group meetings, team meetings and agendas
  • Preparing presentations for meetings
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Coordinating tender submissions
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Diary management
  • Event organisation
  • Dealing with emails and liaising with clients
  • Diary management and coordinating travel

PA to Head of Department

The successful PA will have the following experience/skills:

  • Senior Level PA experience in Property
  • Exceptionally well organised and self-motivated
  • Capable of working with large, pressured, workload often on tight timescales
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate requirements/outcomes
