Exams Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Exams Coordinator to start ASAP on a Temporary contract for 12 weeks. This role is located in Liverpool and is paying £12 - £14 per hour (35 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday).

Who will you be working

A reputable membership organisation focussing on training, research, quality and advice for its vast member base in the health sector. They are an academic institution with a passion for increasing the standards of healthcare provision in the UK. They have 2 offices in the UK, one in Central London and one in Liverpool.

What will you be doing

Ensuring all preparations for the exams are completed and the exams are delivered successfully. To include:

• Managing the scheduling of the exams - liaising with venues including hospital exam centres, examiners and patients
• Ensure all examination materials are produced and supplied to the required standards and deadlines, for example, multiple choice question booklets and scenario instructions
• Arranging couriers and time-critical delivery of packs to examiners and exam centres
• Booking travel and accommodation for examiners and patients
• Implement procedures associated with reasonable adjustment requests

About you

• Excel (key), Word, Outlook.
• Confident telephone manner.
• good level of written communication, able to work independently on time-bound tasks with some supervision.
• high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
