Tiger Private is currently recruiting on behalf of a fabulous client - a market leader in on line betting who invests heavily in new technologies. Based in Camden there is a staff of around 250 in total with an atmosphere that is innovative, inclusive and fun. They are looking for a CSR Manager to lead and manage their charitable initiatives. As a company, they are passionate about making a difference and this role will be integral to driving this approach forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role will manage the company’s Charity programme, working closely with the CEO of the Charity Foundation as well as other senior internal stakeholders, to lead the development, planning, communication, management, evaluation and reporting of the Charity programmes. This person will be instrumental in developing and implanting all aspects of the charitable giving programme, overseeing charity partnerships, co-ordinating corporate volunteer initiatives, as well as motivating, inspiring and advising staff. Duties include, but aren’t limited to:
WHO YOU ARE
Successful candidates will have two-three years’ experience in a similar PA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role will manage the company’s Charity programme, working closely with the CEO of the Charity Foundation as well as other senior internal stakeholders, to lead the development, planning, communication, management, evaluation and reporting of the Charity programmes. This person will be instrumental in developing and implanting all aspects of the charitable giving programme, overseeing charity partnerships, co-ordinating corporate volunteer initiatives, as well as motivating, inspiring and advising staff. Duties include, but aren’t limited to:
- Manage and develop the overall programme direction, including grant making, fund-raising and volunteer initiatives.
- Management of senior internal stakeholders to secure buy-in and support of all components of the charity programme.
- Manage the company volunteer programme with HR.
- Management of the registered charity including programme strategy, board meetings, grant management, administration, and Trustee relationships.
- Management of the Charity of the Year partnership including chairing an employees’ committee from across the business, developing, guiding and implementing a fund-raising strategy, organising all volunteering and fund-raising activities, event planning and non-monetary support.
- Co-ordinating the annual charity of the year selection process.
- Management of the company’s grant making and the businesses’ Disaster Response activities.
- Managing the company’s volunteering programme, including internal communications, sourcing and co-ordinating a range of volunteering schemes, recruiting and supporting volunteers coordination with internal divisions.
- Manage the employee giving programme (payroll giving and matched giving).
- Oversee internal communications and promotion of Charity programme across different company platforms and opportunities.
- Manage internal campaigns, conduct presentations to communicate activities and share strategy regarding all programmes.
- Lead, motivate and serve as guide and main point of contact to employees for all charity programme initiatives.
- Guide and support internal advisors, charity committees as well as representing the firm at external charity functions and benefit events.
- Establish and manage budget and expenditure.
- Represent the company at external events and pursuing networking opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
Successful candidates will have two-three years’ experience in a similar PA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
- Experience in corporate social responsibility/employee engagement.
- Experience in managing or supporting someone in charity programmes/volunteer networks/fund-raising partnership and strategy development.
- Knowledge of broad Corporate Responsibility agendas, issues, context and good practice.
- Experience of grant making and knowledge of trust/foundation administration.
- Experience of co-ordinating, communicating and evaluating charity initiatives.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal with a focus on detail.
- Effective time management.
- Personal motivation.
- Ability to network and build relationships.
- Degree level education.
- A warm, approachable manner.
