A successful law firm with an increasing global presence is looking for an experienced French speaking Legal Personal Assistant to provide seamless legal administrative to a small group of personable, senior partners in their busy London office which boasts wonderful City views!

Owing to the firm's strong and steady growth this is a great time to join the London team. Despite the office feeling quite boutiquey, it is incredibly fast-paced therefore; the ideal French-speaking Legal PA will have perfect fluency in French and English, be quick-thinking, resourceful, with a strong work ethos at all times whilst being adaptable and flexible to the ever-changing schedules, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time Demonstrable experience as a legal secretary / legal PA is essential for this position.

Responsibilities will include managing complex diaries and schedules across multiple time zones; organising business travel itineraries and visas; inbox management; drafting and typing up legal documentation; carrying out digital dictation and translation work in English <> French; scheduling meetings and video conferences; preparing presentations both in English and French whilst managing priorities and ensuring the necessary follow-ups.

Profile

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • A proven track record of working within a legal environment as a legal PA/ EA /Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant / Team PA / Team Assistant / Team Secretary/ Legal Secretary/ Bilingual secretary
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Adaptable, approachable, committed, discreet and flexible
  • Excellent numerical and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent typing skills with a typing speed around 60 wpm
  • Comfortable with taking digital dictation
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in small, busy, environments
  • Available to interview and commence employment immediately
