Our client is a very successful finance company and they are looking for an EA to the CEO. This is a fantastic role looking after a CEO whilst ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible in his office.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Provide a high standard of administrative support to the CEO ensuring that all necessary arrangements and relevant documentation are well prepared and available ahead of meetings
  • Extensive diary management, including Coordinating external and internal meeting
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary and email account; filter emails, highlighting urgent correspondence
  • Ensure diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc. and troubleshooting problems
  • Schedule regular meetings on behalf of the CEO between Executive Team members for 1:1 meeting, track actions and monitor Executive objectives against Company Business Plan
  • Arrange and Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics requirements for the CEO and others; whether for meetings or offsite workshops etc.
  • Produce, design and collate documents in Word, Excel and first drafts in PowerPoint
  • Administer expenses; deal with day-to-day correspondence, drafting letters and emails, as well as typing up documents
  • Organising internal and external events such as senior manager off sites and attending if required
  • Provide an interface for CEO with Group Board members when in London and assist CEO with PLC Board submissions as appropriate
  • Manage, track and report on identified projects as required
