One of our favourite clients is looking for a Business Support Manager to join their team based in SW London. Duties will be varied as the role covers areas of HR, Office Management, PA Support and IT management. Some of the duties will be:
• Being the first point of contact for all HR related queries
• Managing the new starter process
• Ensuring the smooth running of the office
• Greet guests upon arrival and offer refreshments
• Completing monthly expenses
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and creating itineraries
This is a great role for someone with at least three years’ experience in a similar role and who is a self-starter and proactive. You must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail and be able to multi-task. If this sounds like the role for you, send us your CV now!
