FACILITIES / OFFICE SERVICES ASSISTANT EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY IN THE LONDON OFFICE OF A US LAW FIRM

Our client, a top US law firm is looking for an Facilities Assistant / Office Services Assistant to support the friendly and existing Facilities team in their London office on a permanent basis. The firm is looking for a pro-active and conscientious Facilities Assistant / Office Services Assistant to help with a range of duties including and not limited to;

  • Assisting with office moves
  • Setting up IT equipment
  • Carrying out daily checks
  • Assisting with fire safety and health & safety checks / issues

The Facilities Assistant / Office Services Assistant responsibilities will also include dealing with suppliers and ordering of stationery, building management, requesting access permits for maintenance contractors, and adhoc administrative projects. In addition, as Facilities Assistant / Office Services Assistant you will also be expected to work as part of a team and have a flexible, dynamic and hands on practical approach.

Facilities Assistant / Office Services Assistant candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of seniority. The successful Facilities / Office Services Assistant must have previous Facilities Assistant / Office Services Assistant experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
