This independent and growing growth advisory company (mergers, acquisitions and investments specialism in creatives and technology sectors) in the West End (near Soho area) are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team supporting the Partners.

Joining this team of 16 in their London offices (they also have offices in Edinburgh and New York) who due to growth require someone with Personal Assistant/Team Assistant or similar experiences to support them with seamless diary management, travel arrangements, meeting/video conferencing organisation, expenses management, assisting with client and social events, ensuring the general running of the office and ordering supplies and all general administrative requirements.

They are a modern company with a friendly team who will value your support, they respect the need of a good work/life balance and seek someone with good interpersonal skills, an excellent telephone manner and someone who wants to progress with an organisation and be involved.

You must have experiences in a similar role to be considered, have strong Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills, be confident with video conferencing set up, have strong knowledge of London to organise meeting/event locations with ease, have a flexible, hardworking approach to work and be looking for a role that will develop with expansion of your responsibilities/demands.
