Excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Team Assistant to join this top City Investment Bank - great potential for temp to perm for a strong candidate.  We are looking for a hard working Assistant who is switched on and with exp. of managing busy diaries and travel for a team from a corporate company environment. 

  • Supporting across different levels of Bankers and covering across the Division. Mix of VPs, MDs, Associates and Analysts. Team vary in size from 10-30.
  • Scheduling Internal Meetings
  • Setting up Conference Calls
  • Booking Travel and Ground Transportation
  • Booking Travel Visas
  • Expense Processing
  • Must have solid secretarial experience from a corporate sector
  • Responsiveness to demands of bankers
  • Control activities in position covered

    Highest attention to detail

    Flexibility around working hours (8am – 6pm) core hours 9am – 5pm
