The EA position is to support the founder of a multi-brand Design company, based in London. The organisation has multiple functions including interior design, hospitality and property development.

Description

Key responsibilities for the EA to Founder - Interior Design - London include:

- Complex diary management for the Founder, coordinating meetings both internally and externally

- Inbox management for the Founder and other family members when needed.

- Coordinating detailed business and personal travel, arranging flights, hotels, visas and accommodation.

- Creating a range of detailed agendas and itineraries for international trips.

- Preparation for meetings, including collating and formatting reports and correspondence. Proof reading when required.

- Liaising and managing multiple properties on behalf of the Founder.

- Attending meetings/events with the Founder, taking minutes.

- Managing business accounts, keeping track of payments including trip expenses.

- Liaise with other contacts across the Founder's other businesses.

Profile

The successful EA to Founder - Interior Design - London will be/will have:

- At least 3 years' experience supporting in a similar role.

- Ability to work confidentially, using discretion at all times.

- Real estate or Design experience would be preferred.

- Advanced use of Microsoft Office packages.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proactive nature, somebody who is self-motivated.

- Somebody who is calm under pressure.
