Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Legal HR Manager who has at least 3 years' experience in a City law firm at Manager level to move to this outstandingly successful US law firm and pioneer their HR department.

 

You will reporting directly to the Director of Administration and head up the entire HR function covering all aspects including:-

 

§  Provide guidance to attorneys and staff on employee relations and performance management issues (e.g., coaching, discipline, termination);

 

§  Support and administer the Firm’s initiatives and operations for the London office, such as: staff training & development programs, performance assessments, recruiting and onboarding processes and leave of absence including handling the entire Graduate recruitment process

 

§  Assist with annual salary reviews and compensation adjustments for staff in conjunction with Human Resources and the Director of Business Operations;

 

§  Manage all London office benefits administration and renewals, including medical insurance, travel insurance and gym membership;

 

§  Manage the job performance of the Human Resources Administrative staff, including overseeing work assignments and providing training as needed; and

 

§  Handle additional related projects as assigned.

 

Candidates should be CIPD qualified, degree educated and be a confident, mature and approachable HR professional, who is able to cope with the demands of a small but steadily growing and successful US law firm..

This amazingly successful US law firm - who are flying at the moment in terms of client work are urgently seeking a top class LITIGATION/ARBITRATION PARALEGAL to support their busy fee earning team.

 

Reporting directly to the fee earners and dealing with Litigation/Arbitration work - you will be involved in all paralegal tasks from proofreading, research, bibling, due diligence and all aspects of transactional work.

 

Candidates should have at least two to three years' City experience within Arbitration/Dispute Resolution/Litigation in a known City law firm (preferably a US law firm) and be LPC qualified.
