PA to Project Managers (Temp to Perm)
Hemel Hempstead
£20k - £24k
This highly regarded furniture designer and manufacturer are seeking a PA to Project Managers to join their busy and successful team on a temp to perm basis.
As PA you will be supporting a team of four busy Project Managers with their day to day duties and will be responsible for providing a premium service to both the customers and the business.
PA to Project Managers - Duties:
*Attending weekly meetings and providing minutes / agendas to all relevant parties
*Picking lists, invoicing and variations
*Responding and dealing with any client queries
*Compile user manuals on completion of each project
*Installer and sub-contractor support
*Compile documentation for Project Managers such as risk and method statements and health and safety documentations
*Document control for larger projects
*Monitor and prioritise Customer Services E-mail enquiries
*Filing
*Other ad admiration duties
PA to Project Managers - What we're looking for:
*Previous experience working in a similar environment within furniture assembly and manufacture would be an advantageous
*Ability and commitment to hit deadlines
*Excellent attention to detail
*Confident written and verbal communicator
*Interpersonal and team-working skills
*Full valid UK driving licence maybe required to travel to sites
