One of our clients in TV Production is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to start immediately.

Your duties will include, but not be exclusive to, diary management, travel booking, inbox management and organising meetings. Being on call to communicate when necessary, good written and spoken English and confidence to respond on the behalf of person you are supporting is essential.

You will also be in control of their whole itinerary. As this person travels a lot, there will be some research of areas before they go in order to provide information of the local area with places to eat etc.

You as an individual will be highly organised, meticulous with great attention to detail. Experience in TV production isn’t essential, but an interest is important.

Being hungry to learn and excel, as well as being able to act independently are all key requirements.

From an Office Manager POV, you will be expected to take care of everything in order to keep the office running smoothly. Being tech savvy is important in order to do this. This is not a big office, but again organisation and detail oriented is of vital importance.
