Programme Coordinator

One of the world's leading Universities is looking for a Programme Coordinator to join the team on a 1-month temporary basis. You will be responsible for coordinating the effective and efficient delivery of the program. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in higher education or a similar client-based role, strong interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to student queries, monitoring shared team inboxes
• Sampling module coursework for external examiners
• Updating Autumn Term progress lists for 4 MSc programmes
• Managing modules on the Hub VLE (creating submission areas, releasing grades)
• Acting as point of contact for module leaders and students for assigned modules
• Creating student surveys and managing peer reviews and student groups

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience in higher education or a similar client-based role
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Close eye for detail and confident working with Excel data
• Good time-management
• A flexible approach
• Ability to use initiative and flag any issues when they arise
