Receptionist

Our global media client are looking for a temporary charismatic receptionist to join their vibrant and busy team. Based in the heart of central London.

The right candidate will need to have great communication skills, being able to work under pressure and have the ability to multitask. A real people person is needed.

Duties will include:

• Answering all incoming calls
• Greeting clients as they arrive and escorting them to the appropriate department
• Preparing meeting rooms
• Preparing and collating invoices
• Organising the daily post and distributing it to the correct departments
• Occasionally organising work events and lunches

This role will last for a duration of 3 months and are looking for the right person to start right away.
